Teacher
Extended School Year (ESY)
Rio Grande Elementary
June 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 8th, 9th,
10th, 11th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 22nd, 23rd 2026
(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
4 Hours Per Day 8:30am to 12:30pm
Wage per union negotiation agreement for additional compensation
Staff attendance is vital as substitutes are not available.
Qualifications:
Candidate consideration will be based on the criteria below:
* Who have worked ESY last summer
* Who have previously worked ESY
* Who have not previously worked ESY
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
* New Mexico Special Education Teaching License
* List of potential staff will be generated with the number of contracts offered dependent on student enrollment for the summer.
