Forklift Operator 1st, 2nd & 3rd

Marathon Staffing is seeking experienced, Temp-to-Perm, Forklift Operator positions available immediately in Belchertown, MA!!

• Moves material in process from one station to another if necessary
• Bands, wraps and/or packs finished goods, and labels material
• Moves finished goods from production area to finished goods inventory yard or warehouse
• Assist production with bottlenecks and other material needs
• Provides general preventive maintenance on equipment
• Completes pre-shift startup equipment checklist and reports any problems or concerns
• Maintains rough material and finished goods inventory yard organized and clean
• Completes production records as required
• Follows forklift rules and policies as described by Company policy
• Participates in safety, CI and other programs and meetings
• Performs other duties as required

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Prior Forklift operation experience a must
• Working knowledge of basic math and inventory techniques
• Successfully complete Forklift Driver licensing process
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Hours are

1st shift:
Shipping and Receiving 6am-2:30pm $19/hr

2nd shift:
Treating Department 2:00 PM to 10:30 AM $19/hr

3rd shift:
Shipping and Receiving 10pm-6:30am $20/hr

Monday-Friday;
Saturday's as requested.

Pay range of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Pay increases and GREAT benefits upon full time hire!!
