• Recording notes for the next technician to support the team
• Collecting payment from customers; if the company doesn’t get paid, neither do you
• Heading home after a productive day

• Learns and implements One Hour service system, procedures and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnose problems of client HVAC systems
• Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Properly perform service, maintenance and repairs with a low callback rate
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and ensure cleanliness after each job
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness inside and out

$55,000.00 - $ per year with commission and bonuses.
