AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate) – American Eagle Outfitters Inc.

Pay Range: $15.00/yr – $16.50/yr

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You represent our company values and bring your real self to work.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team in teamwork and getting the job done.
• Act with integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You have energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast–paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors.
