We are hiring a full‑time Financial Services Representative for an on‑site role located in Bel Air, MD. Responsibilities include assisting members with their financial needs, opening and maintaining accounts, processing transactions, accurately handling cash, and providing excellent member service by identifying the best financial products, promoting credit union services, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Strong communication with team members and adherence to compliance regulations will be key to success.

• Proficiency in account management, cash handling, and transaction processing.
• Member service and communication skills with the ability to identify member needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a related field is a plus.
