Role Description

This is a part‑time, on‑site Front Desk Representative role located in Bel Air, MD. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for providing excellent guest service by managing check‑ins and check‑outs, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly. Daily responsibilities include handling reservations, answering phone calls, maintaining an organized front‑desk area, and ensuring smooth communication with other hotel departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills to assist and engage with all guests effectively.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and organizational skills for managing reservations and handling inquiries efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills for using reservation software, managing emails, and processing payments.
  • Problem‑solving abilities to address guest concerns and manage any unexpected issues calmly and professionally.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front‑desk roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
