I opened my agency in 2000 after starting my career in the claims side of the insurance industry, which gave me a strong foundation for helping customers when they need it most. Family is a huge part of my life — I’m a proud father of three, and I’m about to become a grandfather for the first time. Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time coaching youth sports, which has shaped my leadership style and passion for mentorship.
Our office is a close‑knit, family‑oriented environment where teamwork, dedication, and genuine care for people come first. We value team members who are willing to learn, can juggle multiple priorities, and love connecting with others. You’ll even find small touches of appreciation here, like spontaneous coffee happy hours to celebrate wins and build camaraderie. If you’re someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, enjoys learning, and wants to make a difference in people’s lives, this could be the perfect place for you.
As a Customer Service Representative with Bryan Michaels, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer‑focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales‑minded candidates.
