Overview

A busy automotive repair center is looking to add a service advisor to help answer the phone, provide customer service, write quotes, and offer services.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and assist customers
- Provide customer service and written quotes
- Offer services and explain maintenance recommendations
- Paid vacation, sick days, and paid holidays after 90 days
- Hourly wage based on experience with a bonus plan; performance rewards
- Paid training through ATI to refine customer service and sales skills
- Full-service 7-bay auto repair shop with state-of-the-art equipment
