Title: AI/ML Developer

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to work on cutting-edge AI/ML projects, web development, and data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python and Django development, cloud services, and modern AI technologies including Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services
• Build robust web applications using the Django framework
• Develop RESTful APIs and web services for various applications
• Build and optimize SQL databases and queries for data processing and analytics
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Develop and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for various business use cases
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enhanced AI capabilities
• Work with Lang Chain framework to build complex AI-powered applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent projects
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack
• Stay updated with latest developments in AI/ML and cloud technologies

• Programming: 4+ years of professional Python development experience
• Web Framework:
  Strong experience with Django for web application development
• Database:
  Strong SQL skills with experience in database design and optimization
• Cloud Platform:
  Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture
• AI/ML:
  Experience working with Large Language Models and AI integration
• Frameworks:
  Proficiency with Lang Chain or similar AI development frameworks

  Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions

  Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with vector databases and embedding models
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
