Position: Account Manager (Sales B2B / Corporate)

PT Digital Netcom Solution is seeking talented candidates to join our team as a Corporate Account Manager (B2B). In this role, you will play a key part in driving the growth of our corporate client base, supporting the company’s continued expansion and progress.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers (accounts) and follow up on the needs of existing customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to support their business needs.
  • Conduct customer meetings, identify opportunities, close sales, and collaborate with the customer’s internal teams.
  • Prepare sales quotations, contracts, and reports, and handle customer feedback.
  • Develop solutions to resolve customer issues by investigating problems, proposing solutions, and collaborating with sales engineers to meet customer requirements.
  • Generate new sales revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and maximize account penetration to ensure ROI targets are achieved.
  • Stay up to date with the telecommunications industry and its developments, and be able to analyze competitors.
Requirements
  • Minimum D3 (Associate Degree) in any major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Sales / Account Executive / Account Manager).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Telecommunications / Internet Service Provider company.
  • Basic knowledge of the Internet and FTTx concepts.
  • Accustomed to / able to deliver presentations to corporate clients.
  • Familiar with social media platforms as promotional channels.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Good English proficiency (spoken and written) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organizational structure.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong accountability.
  • Strong work ethic and high drive to achieve targets.
  • Highly initiative, proactive, and creative.
