A leading lubricant manufacturer is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of sales experience in the automotive lubricant or FMCG sectors and at least 3 years in a managerial role. Responsibilities include managing regional distributors, executing sales strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Proficiency in Business English is required, and Japanese language skills are a plus.

This position requires frequent travel within the region.
