Distribution Channel Manager

Overview

PT Kalingga Tataraya is a B2B industrial supplier and authorized distributor for products such as KARCHER cleaning equipment, ANSELL safety products, LOTOTO & 3M chemicals, SC Johnson cleaning chemicals, and LIVI tissues. The company also manufactures industrial paper, absorbent & spill kits under the SWIPE-ALL® and SWIPE-GO® brands.

• Find and develop Agency/Distributor/Reseller partners in major Indonesian cities in line with the company’s expansion strategy.
• Evaluate distributor eligibility based on coverage area, sales capacity, logistics, and business commitment.
• Control market penetration with distributors, including development of Key Accounts and industrial customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with distributors to drive sales growth and loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze distributor performance (sales, market activity, pipeline, revenue contribution).
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Service) to ensure smooth distribution and after‑sales service.

• ≥5 years of experience managing and expanding distributor/agency/reseller networks, especially for B2B industrial products or technical tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target‑oriented, independent, and disciplined in reporting.
• Willing to travel frequently.
