Assisting the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Overseeing the efficient and effective execution of all restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
Providing training and development opportunities for the restaurant team to enhance their skills and knowledge
Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive revenue and attract new customers
What we're looking forMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager role
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Thorough understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both staff and customers
