Director of Sales & Marketing (Real Estate Developer)
About the role
As the Director of Sales & Marketing, a leading real estate developer in Bekasi, West Java, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales and marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers competitive remuneration and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation's success.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote the company's residential real estate developments and achieve sales goals
- Oversee the sales team, providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to drive high performance
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and inform marketing and sales initiatives
- Collaborate with the project management and construction teams to ensure the timely delivery of developments and a seamless customer experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including real estate agents, brokers and potential clients
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing relevant strategies
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in real estate sales and marketing, preferably within the residential property development sector
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and driving successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Bekasi and the wider West Java region
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage marketing budgets effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
