Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative, strategy and production team to meets client goals.
• Manage & lead team to develop communication strategies, content directions, and campaign recommendations
• Proven ability to develop strategic account plans
• Lead cross-functional coordination: creative, production, media, finance, and externals vendors.
• Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, negotiate financial terms with clients, internal or vendors when necessary, and maintain financial control for each project
• monitor content/campaign performance and prepare evaluation reports with actionable insight
• Identity new opportunities for upselling and expanding business with existing clients

• Minimum 3 years of experiences as an Account Manager, or 5+ years in Account & Relationship management (Creative/digital Agency experience strongly preferred)
• Have experience handle mostly B2B & B2C clients
• Strong understanding of creative proccess, social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing
• Excellent communication , negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong project management skills : organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, solution-oriendted, and capable of handling fast-paced environtments.
• Provent ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relantionships.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
• Have a basic knowledge in strategic thinking (market & audience insights, brand positioning, content strategic)
• Fluency in english and bahasa indonesia
