Marketing Communication Department Head – PT Fajar Mas Murni

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results‑driven Marketing Communication Department Head to lead and execute integrated marketing communication initiatives at PT Fajar Mas Murni. This role is responsible for strengthening brand positioning, supporting sales performance, and ensuring consistent communication across offline and digital channels. The position is full‑time and based in our Bekasi Office.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with company business objectives and brand identity.
• Plan, organise, and manage marketing campaigns, including product launches, exhibitions, agent gatherings, and corporate events.
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure readiness of marketing materials such as brochures, price lists, and promotional tools.
• Lead digital marketing and social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube), including content planning, execution, and performance evaluation.
• Oversee content development, storytelling, and copywriting to maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to continuously optimise communication strategies.
• Manage the production of marketing communication materials, including digital content, printed materials, press releases, and internal communications.
• Monitor campaign and event performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with insights and improvement plans.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors, media partners, event organisers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and supervise the marketing communication team to ensure effective execution and timely delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communication, branding, or integrated marketing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong experience handling offline events (exhibitions, product launches, gatherings) and digital marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability in content strategy, copywriting, storytelling, and brand management.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and performance analytics.
• Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars; basic design or video editing skills are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable communication strategies.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong initiative, creativity, and attention to deadlines.
