Responsibilities
Merancang strategi dan target program affiliate sesuai dengan tujuan brand (awareness, traffic, conversion).
Menentukan KPI dan mekanisme komisi yang kompetitif.
Menjaga hubungan baik dengan affiliate melalui komunikasi rutin, support, dan campaign khusus.
Mengatur brief campaign untuk affiliate.
Memastikan affiliate mempromosikan produk sesuai guideline brand (tone, brand safety, compliance regulasi).
Memantau performa tiap affiliate: penjualan, traffic, ROI.
Menganalisa data & memberikan rekomendasi untuk optimasi program.
Bekerja sama dengan tim e-commerce, content, dan paid ads untuk memastikan campaign affiliate terintegrasi.
Koordinasi dengan finance terkait pembayaran komisi affiliate.
Mencari strategi baru (misalnya gamification, exclusive promo, seasonal campaign) untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program affiliate.
Benchmarking dengan kompetitor untuk menjaga daya saing.
Memiliki network luas dengan KOL, influencer, dan komunitas Top Online.
Strong negotiation skill & komunikasi → mampu meyakinkan partner untuk join dan stay aktif.
Data-driven & detail-oriented dalam analisa performa affiliate.
Mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis & target-driven.
