- Responsible for overseeing daily production activities and operations to ensure targets for quality, output, productivity, and cost efficiency are met in order to support customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with the PPMC team to align with production schedules and deliver regular performance reports
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as engineering, quality control, and maintenance to achieve production goals
- Manage and monitor shop floor activities to ensure the manufacturing process runs efficiently and smoothly
- Provide periodic reports to supervisors and management regarding production performance and progress
- Preparing and maintain for training subordinates to develop skill of member and monitoring of employee performance
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to support increased productivity and operational excellence
