Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes. This role involves operational oversight, quality control, and coordination with other teams to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute production processes according to SOPs and safety standards.
- Ensure product quality meets specifications through routine quality inspections.
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report production issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Assist the production team in planning and achieving daily/weekly targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
