Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Metadata & Ratings Analyst to join our Product Metadata and Ratings (PMR) Team under Editorial Creative. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to support content workflows while independently managing production responsibilities.
About the TeamThe PMR team supports the overall viewing experience on a leading digital content platform by applying research, metadata, and film content expertise. The team s work improves discoverability, accuracy, and viewer experience
, and supports key platform functions such as content recommendations and ad insertion. The team also supports Ratings Policy
, including reviewing and tagging content for cautionary elements and applying accurate regional metadata through research.

Key Responsibilities- Apply judgment, domain expertise, and critical analysis to determine accurate outcomes based on established guidelines
- Identify and mark in/out positions to ensure optimal content playback
- Perform accurate data entry while managing both repetitive and complex tasks
- Review and evaluate written and visual content, applying tags, annotations, markers, and descriptive metadata
- Capture storytelling elements through metadata to enhance discoverability and viewing experience
- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams
- Consistently meet productivity and quality targets
- Attend required team meetings and training sessions
- Fluency in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin
, and English (written and spoken) - Strong editorial and video tagging skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with digital content management systems
- Strong interest in Movies and TV
- Research, critical thinking, and story analytics skills
- Strong written English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexity
- Bachelor s degree and/or background in creative or entertainment-related fields
- 2+ years of experience working with digital content and metadata
- Understanding of the digital content and streaming platform landscape
- Experience in editorial work (audio/visual literacy), online merchandising, or digital entertainment content
- Prior experience in tagging, research, or metadata-related roles
- Fluency in additional languages
- Fully remote role based in Indonesia
