MEDIA: a network of 1,500+ websites in 8 languages, with over 1 million high‑value visitors per month across themes such as Finance, Crypto, and iGaming, plus fast‑growing You Tube channels. We generate revenue through affiliate marketing.

MOBILE APPLICATIONS: a portfolio of 50+ apps downloaded more than 20 million times, monetized via a subscription model and in‑app purchases.

Your strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex financial processes will make you a valuable addition to our team. As a Finance Associate you will manage invoicing, reconcile accounts, and ensure the timely resolution of payments, thereby contributing to the financial stability and growth of our dynamic company.

We seek a proactive Finance Associate who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Your missions will be to:

• Generate and submit invoices to customers—monthly and ad‑hoc.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, performing revenue account reconciliation using Xero and our internal system.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with customers for timely payment resolution.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies with customers and other stakeholders.
• Embrace additional duties assigned by the manager, contributing to a dynamic and evolving role.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience
  :
  At least 2 years in finance, accounting, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
• Xero Software
  :
  Minimum 1 year of experience using Xero.
• Tech Skills
  :
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and financial databases.
• Accounts Receivable
  :
  Experienced in managing accounts receivable effectively.
• Analytical Skills
  :
  Strong analytical abilities with great attention to detail.
• Communication
  :
  Clear and effective in sharing financial insights and keeping stakeholders informed.
