Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, cash flow, and management financial reporting.
• Monitor profitability, break-even analysis (BEP), cost efficiency, and liquidity.
• Oversee end-to-end accounting processes (AR/AP, fixed assets, bank reconciliation, monthly & annual closing) in accordance with PSAK.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Handle corporate taxation (Income Tax & VAT), including reporting, payment, and tax planning.
• Supervise invoicing, receivables, payables, banking transactions, and financial documentation.
• Support financial analysis for investment evaluation, funding strategies, and new branch expansion.
• Coordinate external audits and tax examinations.
• Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
• Lead and manage the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, and operational teams.
