Finance, Accounting & Tax; Supervisor

Managing the company's financial balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, taxation issue & management reporting.

Provide recommendations to the top management.

Oversee the preparation of financial statements in a timely manner.

Build and maintain relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and investors.

Responsible (either directly or through staff) for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, financial reporting, help drive the company's financial strategy, and Finance/Accounting system monitoring & its application.

Ensure cash flow is aligned with operations by overseeing the organisation's day‑to‑day accounting, record‑keeping, reporting, and internal control activities.

Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new laws and taking appropriate action.

Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish necessary corrective actions, and prepare detailed reports for the management team and the entire company.

• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) will be an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
  Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
• Minimum of 1‑5 years of experience in a Supervisor or Manager position, with a strong proven track record of leadership in a similar role handling Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Accurate), comfortable learning new software programs and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
