** Responsibilities
* *** Team Leadership:*
* · Lead and manage a team of testing and commissioning agent’s engineers and technicians
· Provide technical guidance and support to the team to ensure successful project completion.
** Strategy Development:*
* · Support the Testing & Commissioning Manager / PM/ SPM to develop and implement effective testing and commissioning strategies.
· Coordinate closely with the SE Asia Testing & Commissioning Director / PM/ SPM to align regional strategies with local execution.
** Project Oversight:*
* · Directly manage and plan the testing and commissioning process for all data center projects.
· Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, commissioning agents and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.
· Conduct regular site visits during construction stages to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
· To be full time on site during all testing and commissioning process.
** Protocol Enforcement:*
* · Ensure adherence of testing and commissioning protocols and compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:
· Review and approve test plans, reports, and commissioning documentation. Client collaboration:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the testing and commissioning phase.
· Resolve any complex technical issues that arise, ensuring client satisfaction.
** Candidate Requirements:*
* · Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in data center testing, commissioning, and operations.
· Good knowledge of data center infrastructure, including HVAC, power systems, and network operations.
· Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the testing and commissioning process.
· Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
· Relevant certifications in procurement, supply chain management, or contract management (e.g., CPM, CSCP).
· Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
· Willingness to travel within the region as required.
