Infrastructure Site Manager

About the role

Damai Putra Group is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Site Manager to oversee and direct the construction and maintenance of critical infrastructure projects in Bekasi, West Java. As a key member of our growing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale civil and structural engineering initiatives that support the region's development. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Bekasi.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites, including coordinating labour, equipment, and materials to meet project timelines and budgets
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration throughout project life cycles
• Monitor construction progress and quality, identifying and resolving any issues or risks in a timely manner
• Oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on site
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel
• Prepare detailed progress reports, budgets, and other documentation as required

• 3+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Site Manager
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant building codes and regulations
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or a related field
