We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Research Analyst & Business Development Department Head to join our team at PT Fajar Mas Murni, a leading company in Bekasi, West Java. As the Marketing Research Analyst & Business Development Department Head, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our business. This is a full-time position based in our Bekasi Office.

• Analyze information on existing products, company sales and marketing performance, customer needs, customer behavior, competitor products, new product development and new principals, market share.
• Plan, organize, carry out, and analyze research activities to be developed into business policy/strategy development proposals.
• Follow up on business development proposals by looking for new quality products in one line of business to capture greater business opportunities.
• Establish networking with prospective principals to support the company's business development.
• Plan, organize, and evaluate digital marketing programs to increase promotion and create company branding.
• Analyze the impact of product promotions and advertisements on increasing sales of promoted/advertised products.
• Plan, organize, implement and evaluate online sales activities through e-commerce and marketplace.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience as a manager in B2B sales industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a business unit or division, with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
• Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
