• Provides a clear vision and direction for the business, aligning goals with long-term strategy set out by Global and Regional Ground & Rail managements, Business Development, Operations, Procurement, Pricing & Solution Design, Business Process Excellence and Subproduct teams
• Oversees daily operations, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently
• Guide subordinates and help cultivate a culture that fosters collaboration, accountability, and innovation while mentoring them to improve, enhance and maintain or exceed performance standards
• Oversees the financial and P&L health, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability, including making decisions that drive revenues and control costs
• Drive business development and expansion, through entering new markets, launching new products, or pursuing mergers and acquisitions
• Ensures that the business adheres to legal and ethical standards, promoting transparent decision-making processes and maintaining compliance with industry regulations

• 15+ years in logistics and transportation including minimum 5 years of P&L management
• Bachelor Degree from recognized university or relevant qualification
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Deep expertise in developing integrated supply chain & logistics solutions relevant in Ground & Rail.
• Mature judgement and decision-making
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
