Conduct market analysis and strategic account development to expand key customer portfolios and increase revenue contribution.
Build, manage, and maintain long‑term relationships with key and VIP customers, acting as the main point of contact.
Provide business consultation and logistics solutions based on customer needs, including negotiation of cooperation terms, pricing, and transportation agreements.
Lead and coordinate end-to-end operational support for key accounts to ensure service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor key account performance, conduct regular business reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage contract execution, billing coordination, reconciliation, invoicing, and accounts receivable collection to ensure timely payment.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree (S1) in any major;
Logistics, Business, or Supply Chain preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in logistics, cargo, or freight forwarding, with proven experience handling key or strategic accounts.
Strong background in business development, account management, and customer retention.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Target‑oriented, able to work under pressure, and meet business deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to conduct client visits and business travel as required.
