Human Resources Business Partner at CEVA Logistics Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain existing vendor relationships
- Source and onboard new vendors
- Obtain competitive trucking rates through effective negotiation
- Collaborate with design solutions team to generate quotations
- Support new customer onboarding and Go‑live processes
- Handle contract renewals with customers
- Prepare and issue RFQs to potential new customers
- Bachelor Degree from recognized university or relevant qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in transport procurement (preferably in a multinational logistics company)
- Skilled in negotiating contracts with transport providers
- Proven track record in participating in tenders and RFQs from potential customers
- Adept at managing contracts with transport partners
- Fluent in oral and written English
