Key Responsibilities
- Mendukung proses orientasi karyawan baru, menyiapkan kontrak kerja, serta mengurus administrasi karyawan keluar
- Memperbarui dan mengelola data karyawan (fisik & digital) di database/HRIS
- Mengumpulkan data payroll (absensi, lembur) serta menjawab pertanyaan dasar terkait benefit & cuti
- Menangani administrasi kantor, pengarsipan dokumen, dan membantu pembuatan laporan HR
- Lulusan SMK Administrasi Perkantoran / Akuntansi (atau setara)
- Pengalaman maksimal 2 tahun di bidang Human Resource / Administrasi
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (terutama Excel & Word)
- Memiliki kemampuan organisasi dan manajemen waktu yang baik
- Komunikatif secara lisan dan tulisan
- Teliti, mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data, serta memiliki sikap proaktif
- Pengalaman magang di bidang HR / administrasi menjadi nilai tambah
