ACCOUNT PAYABLE SUPERVISOR
PT Garuda Yamato Steel
Responsibilities- Supervise the operation of AP, maintain the KPIs and drive process improvement.
- Manage end‑to‑end invoice processing, payment runs, vendor queries and onboarding.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and GL related to AP.
- Ensure compliance with tax, policies, and internal controls.
- Support month‑end close and AP reporting, documentation and support for audits.
- Coordinate with Treasury on payment scheduling.
- At least 3 years of AP experience, with supervisory role as a plus point.
- Strong knowledge of AP processes, local tax (PPN & PPH) practices, and vendor payment methods.
- Proficient with accounting systems (SAP) and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
- Professional proficiency in English language.
- Willing to work on site in Cikarang.
