The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling these requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues, offering solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate counts for inventories and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
• Hang store signage, including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through detailed recovery and review.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensure customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is a plus. Must be 18+ years old.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal assistance.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise levels.
• Hard surfaces like concrete and asphalt; adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Maintain a safe and productive environment following safety guidelines.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Occasional overhead reaching, standing, kneeling, twisting, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to communicate effectively and complete training.
• Physical stamina to move quickly and safely throughout the store.
