Security Officer - Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of platforms, concourses, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or policy violations;
Monitor access points and perform security-related screening, credential checks, and visitor control in accordance with post orders and site requirements;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, and suspicious activity, and coordinate with on-site personnel and/or public agencies as directed;
Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, communicate observations to supervisors and/or client representatives, and use cameras and other systems to support security-related operations when assigned
