Part-Time Veterinary Technology Instructor. Adjunct. Part-Time Faculty. Campus

Location:

ASU Beebe.

• Deliver appropriate coursework related to the students' success in completion of the Veterinary Technician National Examination (VTNE).
• Support the Veterinary Technology Program, curriculum development, and student learning outcomes in accordance with AVMA accreditation standards.
• Provide laboratory support to the program Veterinarian during laboratory protocols as needed.
• Assist with oversight of student learning to prepare graduates who will be capable of performing a wide variety of professional roles as an accredited CVT and contribute to the program accreditation by CVTEA standards.

• CVT from an accredited institution of higher education, and required licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
• General experience working with veterinary technicians and supervisory experience in planning, organizing, and developing student curriculum is preferred.
• Experience in IACUC standards and protocol is a plus.
• Physical requirements:
  
  bending, exposure to odors, lifting up to 50 lbs., standing or long periods of time. Limited travel anticipated.
• Minimum three years of experience in a clinical setting. A combination of education or experience may be substituted.

Minimum Salary or Salary Range: $650 per credit hour.
