• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide assistance when needed.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by leadership to meet goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership for all areas.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work safely at all times; comply with safety policies and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders as required.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including frequently lifting or moving up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable and prompt attendance required.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions for activities such as Drive-Up or carryout.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
