• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and assist guests as needed.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests; support fulfillment and guest needs by moving items from fitting rooms back to the floor.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-Up (DU) with compliance to laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping Target.
• Work safely and comply with all safety policies and training; report hazards.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times.

• Ability to operate scanners and technology; able to work independently and in a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Physical requirements:
  
  occasionally lifting up to 44 pounds; ability to climb ladders; standing and moving for shift length.
