This role is responsible for janitorial upkeep, maintenance assistance, and event setup to ensure our facility remains clean, safe, and ready for every guest experience.

• Perform daily janitorial responsibilities throughout the facility, including trash removal, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning glass, and maintaining restrooms to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
• Maintain exterior grounds by blowing off sidewalks and parking areas, removing trash and debris, and addressing minor landscaping upkeep such as pulling weeds
• Respond promptly to assist with the cleanup of accidents or spills to maintain a safe environment
• Restock and organize cleaning supplies in closets, restrooms, and storage areas
• Complete scheduled project‑based tasks such as pressure washing, buffing courts, and deep cleaning of designated spaces and equipment
• Proactively identify areas requiring attention and take initiative to address cleaning or facility needs
• Assist with maintenance repairs or projects and report facility issues promptly
• Coordinate with team schedules to support event and program setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, and equipment, and assisting as needed during events
• Support overall facility needs to ensure spaces are clean, safe, organized, and ready for programming

• Full‑Time:
  Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm OR Monday – Friday, 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Part‑Time:
  Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm

• Previous janitorial or custodian experience preferred, with familiarity using general cleaning processes, equipment, and supplies
• Strong attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining clean, organized spaces
• Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Positive, supportive attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to shift tasks and priorities based on daily facility needs
• Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Competitive compensation starting at $18+ per hour, based on experience
