Data Analyst, Data Science Manager
About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own and evolve our core analytics and reporting capabilities across the business. This role is responsible for defining performance metrics, maintaining executive-facing dashboards, and delivering high-impact analysis that informs strategic and operational decision‑making.
This is a highly visible, cross‑functional role working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Product, Marketing, and Data Engineering. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with complex data sets and communicating insights directly to leadership.
Key Responsibilities Business & Performance Analytics- Own and maintain core KPI frameworks and executive dashboards
- Deliver recurring and ad‑hoc analysis to support leadership decision‑making
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity across reporting and analytical outputs
- Monitor performance indicators and proactively surface emerging risks or opportunities
- Develop management-level reporting to support target setting and operational reviews
- Partner with stakeholders to refine metrics and measurement methodologies
- Analyze performance across go‑to‑market, growth and customer acquisition initiatives
- Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns, channels, and strategic partnerships
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner closely with data engineering to define requirements and improve data quality and reliability
- with functional leaders to align reporting and insights with business objectives
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
- Expert-level Tableau experience — this requirement is non‑negotiable
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex, multi-source datasets
- Solid understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices
- Experience building executive dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect data to real-world outcomes
- Proven ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely to leadership
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience in data-driven, regulated, or transaction-heavy industries
- Exposure to financial, operational, or risk-related analytics
- Experience supporting executive or board-level reporting
- Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (e.g., web or product analytics tools)
This role plays a critical part in shaping how the organization measures success, identifies opportunities, and makes informed decisions. You will have direct visibility into leadership priorities and the opportunity to influence strategy through data.
