OVERVIEWWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to the President to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to executive leadership. This role will primarily support the President, while also having the potential to assist additional executives as business needs evolve.
This is a high-visibility position requiring strong experience supporting executive leadership and preparing materials for board-level meetings. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, highly organized, and exceptionally skilled in PowerPoint and Excel.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare high-level board meeting materials, presentations, and reporting documents
- Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations and reports using advanced Excel functionality
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items
- Organize and maintain confidential documents and executive records
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Potentially support multiple executives over time
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting C-level or President-level leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Experience creating executive and board-level presentations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to pivot quickly and manage competing priorities
- Proactive mindset with strong anticipation skills
