Customer Service Officer (Part-Time/ Bedok) - Expression of Interest
Job Description SummaryThis role is responsible for providing top quality customer service, acting as a one‑stop service across our entire product/service range.
AboutThe Role
- Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information
- Ability to communicate clearly and manage customers' feedback
- Organized and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
- Maintain good service delivery
- Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
- Work up to a maximum of 35 hours per week
- Comfortable to work on Saturday and public holidays
- Minimum O Level, or Nitec certificate in any discipline or equivalent
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
