Replying email to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with services.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Handling email enquires
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Able to work for 5 days work week(Mon to Fri)
Passionate in customer service role.
Able to handle in a stressful and fast pace environment.
Salary - Starting from $12 per hour
Location :
Bedok, Chai Chee3 months
