About the Role
We are hiring Helpline / Customer Service Agents to support corporate clients by handling enquiries and billing-related matters. This role involves primarily email support, with some phone interactions, in a professional corporate environment.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• $2,760 fixed basic salary
• CPF contributions provided
• 1 Year agency contract
• Contract renewable based on operational needs

⏰ Working Days & Hours

Mon to Thur (8.30am to 6pm), Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

💪 Key Responsibilities

• Handle corporate client enquiries and service-related issues
• Clarify and provide accurate information to customers
• Deliver quality customer service via email (mainly) and phone

👀 Requirements

• Minimum A Level or Diploma
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling customer enquiries and billing-related matters
• No outstanding bills with the telecom service provider

🌏 Working Location

• Near Bedok MRT
• Office located at Chai Chee area
