Position: Senior Site Supervisor-Project South[ A1 Maincon/Construction company]

Roles & Responsibilities

Attend daily subcontractor meetings to discuss work plans, resolve architectural issues, and ensure project schedules are met.

Monitor site progress and subcontractor compliance with safety standards, reporting findings to the immediate superior and safety officer.

Verify that subcontractor work aligns with approved drawings and specifications, taking corrective action for any non-conformance.

Conduct daily inspections alongside the project RE or RTO, addressing comments promptly to secure approval for work commencement.

Maintain accurate inspection records for future reference and as legal evidence for any unforeseen defects.

Demonstrate confidence when interacting with general workers, subcontractors, and peers, consulting senior site staff when needed, and respecting contractual obligations at all levels.

Aim for efficient and timely approvals, maintaining vigilance and applying BCA best practices across all site activities.

Support Environmental Health and Safety programs initiated by the PM and WSHO to maintain a safe and clean site environment.

Continuously enhance skills by attending BCA or equivalent construction courses and exploring cost-saving methods suitable for site implementation.

Accept additional responsibilities within the project team to contribute to cost efficiency.

Mentor new site supervisors to ensure smooth integration into the team without impacting site progress.
