Accountant - UP Convertible

Recruit First is hiring! You will be outsourced to:

• Duration: 6 Months convertible to perm
• Working hours:
  
  Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:50pm

Oversee the complete set of accounts for the holding company, including maintaining the General Ledger and managing all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

• Process payments, issue invoices, manage petty cash, update the daily cash book, and resolve any invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency across all entities.
• Generate balance sheet and profit & loss schedules, perform simple consolidation of group entities, and support the financial statement preparation process.
• Prepare and submit GST reports, provide support for tax‑related inquiries, and fulfill government statistical survey requirements.
• Prepare all necessary schedules and documentation to facilitate the year‑end audit.
• Prepare and maintain detailed Accounts Receivable schedules and other supporting financial records.

• Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience handling multi‑currencies and accounting for exchange conversions.
• Proficiency in common ERP software.
