Warehouse Operative - PM Shift

12.00pm - 10.00pm

• Re‑stocking hire equipment in the Warehouse and yard, ensuring they are done so safely and in the correct area within the yard for efficiency
• Picking hire equipment ready for loading
• Loading and unloading hire equipment
• In‑fleeting of new equipment, adding THX branding and fleet numbers, recording these correctly and setting them up in the THX system to enable pat‑testing and in‑house calibration
• Ensuring all areas of the warehouse are kept clean and tidy and maintain an organised working environment
• Clean hire equipment, including pressure washing
• Rebranding new equipment with relevant THX stickers
• Ensuring accurate records are kept using the computer‑based system
• Provide support to Warehouse, Workshop and Transport teams as and when required

• Valid FLT licence
• Previous hands‑on experience of cleaning, organising and tidying in a busy warehouse role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good attention to detail whilst doing repetitive tasks.
• A proactive and can‑do attitude towards tasks.
• Strong time‑management skills with the ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Supportive, motivated and reliable team‑player.
• Safety‑first mindset.
• Computer literate.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety standards
• Problem‑solving skills
