We're now looking for a Night Shift Transport Team Leader to take the lead in keeping our night operation running smoothly and efficiently. Working at the heart of the night shift, you'll be responsible for maintaining high service levels, resolving issues as they arise, and ensuring our compliance, safety and customer expectations are met. Your leadership will play a crucial part in keeping the operation moving and setting the team up for a successful start to the next day.

• Managing and completing the required paperwork for drivers, making sure all compliance and administrative tasks are accurate.
• Handling driver or staff absences and ensuring suitable cover is arranged to keep the operation moving.
• Responding to incidents, supporting drivers, and escalating issues where needed.
• Overseeing all trucking operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the shift.

• Are confident making decisions on the go, especially when plans change or support is needed at short notice.
• Have a natural ability to communicate clearly with drivers, colleagues, and other departments during handovers.
• Stay calm and organised when dealing with absences, incidents, or unexpected issues.
• Take pride in accuracy, especially with paperwork, compliance documents, and transport records.
• Want to grow their confidence in transport operations, supported by a structured 3‑month training plan.
