We’re looking for reliable, professional Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our team at ASDA, one of the UK’s leading supermarket brands. You will play a vital role in keeping the shelves stocked and the customers happy by ensuring goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. You’ll be part of a supportive transport team where safety, respect, and teamwork come first.

• Drive articulated HGVs (over 3.5 tonnes) for local and national store deliveries, including single and double‑deck trailers and cage work.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring all loads are properly secured to prevent damage during transit.
• Plan routes efficiently, adapting to traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with site personnel and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures, including vehicle checks and defect reporting.

• A valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
• A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
• Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations
• Positive attitude and commitment to safe, efficient driving
