Field Service Engineer

Covering London & Southeast (Commutable to Bedford)

Salary:
Up to £45,000 + Overtime (x2) + Bonus + Paid Door-to-Door + Training Support

About the Role

A leading specialist in pump systems is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join their dynamic team. This field-based role will primarily cover London and the South East, with occasional travel to other regions. You’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of water pumping equipment across commercial and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, fault-find, and repair water pumps, booster sets, and pressurisation units
• Carry out routine maintenance and emergency call-outs
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Complete service reports and liaise with clients professionally
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards on-site
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (with generous overtime rates)

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience working with pumps, booster sets, pressurisation units
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel across the region and be commutable to Bedford
