  Days & Nights – 4 on, 4 off

• SIA Licence required
• Minimum 1 year of security experience
• Good command of English language
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and adapt shifts to operational needs
• Adaptability to daily duties and additional on‑site events
• Knowledge of site security and safety procedures for assigned areas
• First Aid qualification and a CCTV SIA Licence are a bonus
• Professional appearance befitting the company
• Confidence to undertake 100% of all specific duties
• Provide all requested documentation and vetting information

• Demonstrate and deliver high‑quality guarding and customer service to clients and service users
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, proactively thinking on feet and using initiative
• Remain calm under pressure and handle confrontational situations professionally
• Maintain physical fitness to complete patrols internally and externally, standing and walking throughout the shift
• Confidently write incident and shift reports
• Always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanor, using appropriate body language
• Ensure all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations where possible
• Conduct opening and closing procedures, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answer incoming telephone calls, and conduct emergency procedures; work on a construction site and transition to an office environment as required
