Business Development Manager

Genuine UNCAPPED commission with OTE £60,000 - £80,000, or more, per annum.

This is not a "coffee & drop in visit" role. This is a Business Development Managers role who must find & harvest new business. You will be provided full data & in depth customer lists to approach & will always have full support directly from the Managing Director.

You must be experienced & have a strong track record.

Toc Dem Attachments & Utilities is a company that specialises in the sales and hire of specialist Utility kit & Attachments for Excavators into the Utilities, Demolition & Scrap Recycling markets.

Your responsibility as Business Development Manager is to focus your time between hire (10%) and capital sales (90%).

An extensive remuneration package is outlined below.

Commission on Excavator Attachment sales: 5% net of all Excavator Attachment sales you win / arrange. This offers very strong commission possibilities. If you sell a £40,000 Scrap Shear, you receive £2,000 (before income tax). Or £400 when you sell a more regular £8,000 Breaker or Selector Grab, or £750 on a £15,000 mixed Attachments package, etc.

Genuine on target commission should be circa £50,000 plus per year.

The rest of the package is:

** Base salary £30,000 + per annum

** Full time - 40 hours per week

** Holidays / leave: 23 days per year (plus bank holidays)

** Company car
